Overseas Orders
We do not ship overseas (incl Channel Islands) except where permissible through the website without specific prior arrangements and fully cleared funds.
Import duty or tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
Credit Card Security
We use PROTX payment systems with Lloyds TSB Merchant Services
The servers use industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption which secures your credit card details, rendering them unreadable by anyone else, so they are safely transmitted through the Internet. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
The company do not hold any credit card information.

The information we collect about you is used solely to process your order and to keep you informed about our products or services which may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive this information, please inform us by e-mail, telephone or post.
To process your order, the information we require is your name, address, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry or issue date. We also ask for your telephone number in case we need to contact you regarding your order or for delivery purposes.
We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and will not pass on any customer information to third parties.
Spam
In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03 we do not send random marketing emails to unsolicited personal email addresses.(spam). We do send promotional literature to existing customers and those who request it

Cookies (without chocolate chips) are used on our site (as they are on any other shopping site). They are needed to allow us to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. Without this our store simply would not work. When you order online your email address will be added to our mailing list, from which we inform our customers about latest products and special offers. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time.
